[our candidates]

Right now we focus on software engineering and as the Web is getting more and more important, we see a lot of Web software engineers.
The lingua-franca of the Web is English.
So our Japanese clients ask us to look for people that can understand English well. But there are some exceptions to the rule of thumb, as always.
That means foreign engineers are welcome, with sometimes no Japanese language requirements, at all. But most of the time, some ability to communicate is needed.
From the beginning, we have been recognized as specialized in foreign, software engineers, recommendation.
But it's just a shortcut.
If you're Japanese or Javanese or from the Pleiades or from Mongolia, that makes no difference.
We just look at your technical skills, your mind flexibility, your English skills and above all your ability to use your intellectual "kernel" in an unique fashion.
Finally, we must not neglect the cultural match aspect, which can be huge, depending on the company. Each company has generally an unique character and they want only engineers with the same character....

Oh by the way, that site is hosted by GoogleAppEngine . If you're able to hack the security of the app, well you don't need our recommendation for say....Google! Go apply for it directly!
