Two types of capital are needed to make a venture successful: financial capital and human capital. The latter is scarce, non-reproducible, but can yield an enormous leverage (1 brain can spark 1 innovation that is tremendously profitable). That's the one we value and therefore we let us know ourselves as providers of Tokyo Foreign Human Capital.

We believe that along with trade and freedom of speech (as Peter Thiel says), technology is the fundamental element to make progress in society.
We are providing software artisans, coders, programmers, hackers, people that can communicate well with electricity-powered Turing machines, to startups. Of course, a good software engineer with a high sense of software craftmanship, won't be able to express her art in a boring, tasteless company.
That's why, based on our own taste, we select the clients we wanna contribute to.
