3 steps. No big deal:
- Detection: we find you on the net, mostly. Sometimes we use our universities connections in a more physical way.
- Evaluation: this is the most fun part. We invite you at our office and we let you have fun on the whiteboard using your myeline to solve programming and maths problems or brainteasers or what ever you call cogitation in a personal way.
Don't worry we are not as sharp or crazy as Paul Graham or Grigori Perelman.
- Recommendation: if we decide that you pass our criteria we recommend you to the company. Most of the time that means setting up an interview since our voice is not worthless...
