[story]
The story begins with 2 computer science graduates that wanted to try their first business ever without any knowledge in business or MBA.
Instead of the software consultancy business traditionally started by programmers, what about recruiting programmers?
This is what we told ourselves and we decided right away to start the business.
Also, not that we want to gain popularity by blaming the competition, we realize from the beginning that most of the so called IT recruiters (we won't mention the names)
did not know (and still do not) much stuff about programming.
To a good programmer, it's a little frustrating to be proposed a job of printers installation whereas you really speak Python or Ruby.
Right?
Also a programmer (a good one at least) is not particularly impressed by a recruiter who believes he is making a strong impression with his suit and neck-tie.
A good programmer wants to solve problems.
